Once Outlook 2007 is started you should see something like this.

Click the tools menu click account Settings as shown below.

Step 3 Click new under the mail tab.

Step 4 Click the manual configure checkbox. Click the next button.


Step 5 Make sure the Internet Mail radio button is dotted and click next.


Step 6 Your screen should look similar to below.  Note that in the username field enter your full email address. If you would like to use IMAP, change the account type
to IMAP instead of POP3 Click next.

Step 7 Now your done!. Click finish.

Step 8 Now its time to test the account find the Send Receive button on the toolbar as shown below
